• USA Orders: We use USPS or DHL E-commerce to ship out all the US orders and it takes 3 to 7 business days to deliver. Some items might be shipped with our factory and that will take longer to deliver (around 10 to 15 days)

• Canadian Orders: It takes 8 to 20 business days to deliver.

• UK Orders: It takes 8 to 15 business days to deliver.

EXCHANGE & REFUNDS

 

If you are not happy with your purchase, we are always here to help. You can exchange or get a full refund 30 calendar days from the day you received your item for any unopened and unused items. We want to make all our customers happy. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping when the product is not defective.
